Overview

At JD Virtual, we recently deployed a tailored VoIP-SIP phone system for a client. We installed and configured two Yealink handsets, ensuring they were ready for immediate use. Alongside this, we deployed a customised 3CX PBX system on AWS, providing a flexible and scalable cloud-based phone solution. To ensure secure and efficient communication, we installed a local Session Border Controller (SBC), allowing seamless integration between the handsets and the PBX, whether on-site or remote.

Key Deliverables

• Yealink Handsets: Configured and tested two Yealink handsets for high-quality and reliable voice communication.
• 3CX PBX on AWS: Deployed a fully customised 3CX PBX instance on AWS, providing cloud-based telephony with room for future growth.
