After a meeting with you, we will create and then agree upon a design concept/package. Once we are all in agreement we will begin to construct your website. Depending upon the type and complexity will determine the time frame, however we will give you a dated build time frame within our initial contract. Once we have made the initial site, we will come back to you, up to three times for revisions, before the final build is approved and then launched. Once the site is launched, we then move over to a hosting and support contract to ensure the site remains up-to-date.
Websites take between 4 weeks and 3 months to build depending upon the complexity of your requirements e.g. the amount of pages needed, the branding requirements, how much information is already available and if you are looking for an e-commerce shop etc.
Once we have built your site we spend time fully optimising it so that it fits on all different types of screens from mobiles to laptops and everything in between. We will show you all the different variations to ensure everything looks perfect.
We will have an initial meeting to discuss your ideas and visions for your site. With this information we will create a design package and have a second meeting to confirm that everything looks perfect. We will then use this information build your site. Once we are happy with it, we will move to the approvals stage where we fix issues and finalise the design with you before launching.
There are three revision phases to the initial design and build process to allow for changes and development of the initial concept. If, at any point, the website moves in a complete redirection this would be seen as an entirely new project and would be charged as such
Working with you to discuss your business, your competitors and areas of operations, we use the information we gather from and about you to create and specifically design the content of your site, utilising meta data, so that the google search engines find, recognise and best optimise your website.
Once the site is built and hosted, we will automatically maintain the site with security and technical updates. Each site is entitled to a minimum of one update per month as per the contract. However, additional updates, revisions, rebuilds, new pages and complex changes would all incur additional costs.
Once our systems have gained enough data about your website, a monthly report can and will be generated to show you the analytics
